Request to Administer Medication
If your child requires medication at school, complete the forms below and bring them to school with the medication. Medications must be in the original container as dispensed by the pharmacy.
Important notice:Trustees wanted! We are looking for people from the local community to volunteer to be trustees for our growing primary multi academy trust. You would preferably have an interest in the outcomes and wellbeing of children in our community, share our trust values and have some knowledge or expertise in IT, HR and/or Education.
